Your donation helps provide the food, veterinary care, rehabilitation, retraining, and daily care needed by rescued horses at Shedrow Farm and Therapy. Many of the horses who arrive at Shedrow Farm are sick, injured, neglected, or severely malnourished and require significant care before they can begin their next chapter.
Donations also support Shedrow Farm’s equine-assisted therapy, youth programs, community outreach, and other programs that connect rescued horses with children, veterans, and adults who can benefit from their healing and companionship.
Every contribution helps give a horse in need a second chance while supporting Shedrow Farm’s mission of helping horses and humans heal together.

Absolutely! Volunteers are essential to Shedrow Farm and Therapy, and there are many ways to get involved in supporting rescued horses and our community programs. Prior horse experience is not required, and volunteers receive guidance on how to safely help with the horses and daily farm needs.
Volunteer opportunities may include feeding and watering horses, stall cleaning, grooming, turning horses out for exercise, barn maintenance, yard work, fundraising, event planning, and caring for our barn cats. Shedrow Farm also welcomes corporate and school volunteer groups.
